Letter From Our Founder

Someone once said, “Quit Working for someone, leave your 9-5!”. I did, to quickly learn that I signed up for an “8-Faint” instead.

Running a business is not easy, let alone a corporation. When my team first came to me about shifting gears and making Panda a franchise, I hesitated. But the thought of the company scaling, whilst allowing hard working folks to earn more income to provide for their families is why I said, yes!

Now a lot of thought and planning goes into the decisions here at Panda Hub. We factor in all scenarios and try to understand the challenges first. Now starting your own business is a big challenge in and of itself. Which what a franchise essentially is. In fact, 80% of businesses fail & the number of business that see profits early on, is next to none. Having entrepreneurial DNA is either in you or its not. Factor all the studies, data, analytics, and research. History tells us what? Now it’s easy for anyone to say, “you can do anything you set your mind to”, but the reality is they aren’t wrong. But you need the support.

The Franchise we created is like no other, based on where we started and how far we have come. We have built, tested, and proven a model in a multi-billion dollar industry, and scaled successfully in all aspects.

Business in general requires a ton of different ‘hats’, and by ‘hats’, I mean ‘roles’. Aside from the idea, you need marketing, sales, operations, accounting, branding, competitive pricing, law, customer service, and the list goes on.

The Panda Franchise model is like no other. I have looked into what is out there, and not so I can learn from others’ rights but more from their wrongs. We will be wearing most of the hats and all we need from you, is to focus on 2 things: Operations and Customer Service. We understand that the only way for this to work is, we need you to become successful first.

In conclusion, we will be working with you through the Journey; we will be getting you, clients, we will be closing your leads, we will be working together on your weaknesses, and we will be helping you along the way so you can succeed! Monthly calls with the team in every department, the Panda team has paved the way, and now it’s time to show you how.
